Had long fence come out and inspect windows that had broken seals, they were on time, found additional windows while doing their inspection, Tim H. called me the next day and explained that due to COVID-19 that it would take about 6-8 weeks to get from the manufacturer, very pleased by the action taken by this company to warranty my windows.
