Marco Giles and Tim Thomas were awesome. Marco Giles was the Project Manager on my new roof installation in March 2021. His management and communication were excellent. On July I asked Long to come back to look at a few areas and Marco sent someone out within days who addressed my concerns. Tom Thomas was a great first representative who booked the job with me. I interviewed 5 roofers and Long Roof was the best all around price, security and value. Very happy with my roof.
