I had a Long Roof installed 2.5 years ago and it's been a great experience. I wanted a company I could trust and rely on for the long term. At every step, the customer support and service, including in production, has been fantastic. Even when mistakes were made they were promptly corrected. (E.g. the wrong color shingles were shipped.) We called Carol inCustomer Service for copies for our Roof Warranty, Contract and Install Date. We were helped as if we were on the front end of a sales cycle and not put at the end of the line --- within a few minutes we received in email all the copies we needed to show our insurance company proof of our new roof installed in 2019 from its initial build in 2003.
