I had a Long Roof installed 2.5 years ago and it's been a great experience. I wanted a company I could trust and rely on for the long term. At every step, the customer support and service, including in production, has been fantastic. Even when mistakes were made they were promptly corrected. (E.g. the wrong color shingles were shipped.) We called Carol inCustomer Service for copies for our Roof Warranty, Contract and Install Date. We were helped as if we were on the front end of a sales cycle and not put at the end of the line --- within a few minutes we received in email all the copies we needed to show our insurance company proof of our new roof installed in 2019 from its initial build in 2003. Most appreciated and will definitely go to Long for any other needs we have for our home. Good people who care!

Rick Capone was fantastic. After many months of the product for the orders not being placed and then not able to be located Rick personally coordinated the site dimensions and tracked the order and completed the installation. Rick was the only positive thing in a process that took almost 2 years to get 5 failed windows replaced and the function and hardware for a sliding door to finally work properly. Rick is the only person I want to work on any issues I have with our windows. 👍
Brenden and Mason were punctual and very well versed on the product that was presented to us. They were patient while we made our decision.
