My parents needed a leak on their roof repaired and had some trouble with a local contractor following through. I spoke to Vanessa at Long Roofing in an effort to help my dad find a solution, and she was incredibly helpful- answered all my questions, figured out exactly what we needed, and scheduled the service as soon as possible. We were able to get the repair done right away and there were no surprise charges. I'll definitely be calling Long time next time I need work done!

I needed a window replaced for broken glass. Vanessa was so helpful in walking me through the process. When I raised concerns about people coming to my home without masks she assured me they would follow CDC guidelines and they did. Would highly recommend anyone who needs something done in a quick a responsible manner to ask for Vanessa.

Long promises hassle-free warranty work on their windows. I have a failed seal in a window at my home, and I've been trying to reach them for over 2 weeks with no proper response...just placeholder emails and unanswered phone calls. For comparison, I filed an inquiry for new work online, and they called me back in less than 5 minutes! Really shows where their priorities are. From consultation to installation everything was as it was explained to me. My Sales representative Richard was very thorough explaining each step the installers would take, and they did! The installers arrived at 8 am to get started and were done and completely cleaned up with my 1400 sq foot home by noon!
