The service of this organization goes beyond my wildest expectations. I purchased my home in 2009. The windows and storm doors were purchased by the previous owner with a warrantee that extended to future owners. Not once but twice they honored the warrantee, in the recent case replacing multiple windows and one of the sliders because the argon gas leaked out of the double pane windows.
