Extremely high cost. The many advertising on tv is passed to the customers. They installed the wrong product on the roof. The roofing crew are not experts. Some of the guys are careless and results in damages to the wood and metal sidings. The roof started leaking on the next storm. I had to call them to come back and fix the issue. I called many times but never received my copy of the contract and certificate of completion which is needed for the home insurance. The sales guy will park himself ... Read more
I'd give 0 if I could. These people have been calling me daily for 6 months because I made the mistake of asking for a quote. I have asked nicely for them to stop calling, I have blocked each number they have called with (over 90 unique numbers so far... speaks to how often other people block them that they have that many numbers ready to spam people) , I have submitted multiple written requests for them to stop calling me.
