Had a salesman (Mike R.) come give us a quote. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. We decided to hold off on a new roof but when we decide to pull the trigger, we will be calling and requesting Mike to re-quote.
Project manager should be assigned to inspect job upon completion by working crew.
