Long Roofing was responsive in the beginning, showed up and gave quotes and information. Could not check on as much of job as would have liked as the installers barely spoke English, and texting and emailing the project manager was arduous. I almost became the project manager! At the end of the job, they responded to repairs that had to be fixed when I inspected the areas of the roof I could reach; I did not plan on scaling my 2 story house.
