Long installed my roof in 2017. After noticing some loose shingles, Long sent Hansel and his partner (sorry, forgot his name) to my house on 12-19, and they couldn't have been nicer and ensured I was satisfied with the repairs. They also helped lower my outdoor holiday wreath :) I hope I do not need any more repairs, but if I do, send Hansel and his partner back, please. Thank you Long Roof!!
