My experience with Ryan was a curtious and pleasant one. when I contacted Long Window regarding my cracked bedroom window he checked my file/warranty and scheduled a repair person to come to the house to inspect the window. He explained that due to COVID, appointments are taking longer. Mr. Hansel and Mr. Geo arrived on 11/4/2020 during the time frame specified. Long Roofing was very punctual, professional and fast. The entire project was completed in one day. The property was cleaned of all debris. The staff were very pleasant and answered my questions. I have mentioned Longs Roofing to several neighbors.
Require both husband and wife to be present at meeting.....makes zero sense.
