The installation was great no issues after installation. The only problem was they did not have the shingles on time and they spent a lot on time waiting for them to be delivered. I had to call the home office to get this resolved and they had to work latter. It good thing it was April.

Had a outdoor lift iinstalled and a new fiberglass front door. The work was professional and done as quickly as possible. Was not cheap but was worth it.
Hansel and Giovanni were very helpful in making the necessary repairs to the roof. Ryan was also great about following up. I do have real issues with the responsiveness of Long Roofing in getting the repairs sscheduled. Took two months and six unreturned messages before Bobby finally gave me his personal cell phone number to follow up with. Shouldn't have been this difficult to get some customer service.
