Purchased 9x windows in 2x purchases in late 2015. As a then new homeowner, I primarily opted to go with Long for its' warranty. The same evening that the 6x windows in my first order were installed, we noticed the 2 of 3 transoms leaking; although they were not responsible for the transoms failing (already in bad condition as 13 yr old NVR Homes builder grade), I was advised during the sales pitch (per my explicit inquiry) that it was not necessary to replace the transoms simultaneously. This 5 star review is ONLY for Rick Capone and NOT Long Roofing. Rick arrived on time, was polite and professional, put on shoe covers while inside our home, was clean and efficient in changing 1 of the 3 glass packs that had a seal leak and left our driveway clean. Due to no fault on Rick’s part, he was not able to change the other 2 windows with seal leaks because one of the other 2 replacement glass pack was the wrong size and the other one was the wrong style.
