Mike Ismail came on time, followed all Covid-19 protocols, answered all questions. The presentation was clear. We could ask questions along the way. Mike had samples to share and explained all options to upgrade and finance if we wanted. Great job overall!
Mike Ismail was very professional and very thorough and followed COVID-19 protocols. Answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable with everything.
The installation crew(Martin, Josh and Isaiah) were great. They kept us updated on the progress and were very careful and clean. Even though the tear-out was a little more involved then expected, they were able to finish the shower installation the same day.
Michael (head foreman of this installation team from Long Roofing/Windows) arrived at approximately 8:10 am on January 15 about 20 minutes early to start work on the window installation for my home (seven windows and one sliding glass door.) Michael discussed all the details of how the window project would progress with me and was very clear and thorough with his plan details.
