Worked non-stop do finish before the next round of rain showers started. April was a very rainy month so I was very pleased they started early and finished late in one day. The installation included everything the sales rep said it would and it looks great. I was very happy with the diligence of the yard clean-up. Besides all the shingle debris, they went over the yard and driveway a dozen times with their "magnetic rake" to be sure they got all the nails.
This review is strictly for Rick, the technician who came to replace our windows. He was great - polite, efficient, and helpful. He also fixed our sliding screen door that was having problems that Long had installed.
