The sales representative was very pleasant and knowledgeable. My questions were answered well. I feel he worked with us to get us what we need and can afford. The product seems to be very good quality. I will review more after the installation.
UPDATE: Revising my review 2.5 weeks later from 5 to 3 stars. Rick had told me they would put in the order and call me when it was in, but no one called. I followed up today by phone and apparently there will be an installation charge that I need to approve, so it hasn't been ordered. But no one called or emailed me to approve anything. Were they just waiting for me to call? Pretty annoying waste of a few weeks. Hoping I will hear back from them tomorrow with the quote.
