I had windows installed and was very pleased, so I reached out to have the same salesman Gary back out and give me another estimate on a entry door a Three screen doors.. they came in March 2019 to do the installation which the front screen door was not the screen door i ordered and after it was installed the clips that hold the glass in were stripped, the lock mechanism would get stuck .I had to repeatedly call them and text (3) managers the service department and the installation department.... My parents needed a leak on their roof repaired and had some trouble with a local contractor following through. I spoke to Vanessa at Long Roofing in an effort to help my dad find a solution, and she was incredibly helpful- answered all my questions, figured out exactly what we needed, and scheduled the service as soon as possible. We were able to get the repair done right away and there were no surprise charges. I'll definitely be calling Long time next time I need work done!
