Long promises hassle-free warranty work on their windows. I have a failed seal in a window at my home, and I've been trying to reach them for over 2 weeks with no proper response...just placeholder emails and unanswered phone calls. From consultation to installation everything was as it was explained to me. My Sales representative Richard was very thorough explaining each step the installers would take, and they did! The installers arrived at 8 am to get started and were done and completely cleaned up with my 1400 sq foot home by noon! Just like a few others, called for an estimate, needed both decision makers home (was asked at least 3 times before appt made). I asked why, never received an answer. Two sales people, who took up a lot of my time after getting input from someone on his phone. Greene left me (making more phone calls) to entertain the 2nd guy for at least 15 minutes.
