The roofers did a great job and my roof looks great. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards. The gutters is another story. There were nails from the roof in the gutters so when they put the new gutters on they dump the nails in my yard. Now I have to go buy a magnet stick to get the nails up.
I have been hesitant to leave a negative review with the intent of allowing Long Roof sufficient time to resolve errors that occurred prior, during & after installation. My family continues to have poor service two months after installation & patience is beyond spent. Our consultation was in May of this year.
