We purchased our windows from Long Roofing in November 2007. Since that time, we've had several window seals fail, leaving that fogged-over haze when looking out the window. Each time, we called Long Roofing and they sent out a technician to measure and verify the window size, then ordered & installed the new windows at now charge to us!!!
