Longs, by far, is the very best in roofing. From the very beginning discussions, I was totally impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. Insurance coordinator Tawanda Sabbat was outstanding during the whole process. She coordinated with my insurance company without issues. Day of installation all workers ontime, and replaced roof and cleaned job site to perfection. Highly recommend.
Bill was very personable and made sure that all my concerns were addressed and corrected. I really appreciated how he kept me in the loop explaining each repair/correction. He did a final check and asked me to do the same. He believes he found the reason for the shower leaks and added clears silicone caulking. He asked me to keep an eye out if it continues to leak and to contact Long if water is still leaking out of the sides of the shower. Thank you Bill Roberts!
Rick, my service tech, was about the only positive experience I had with long roofing and he deserves 5+ stars for finally installing my repair window correctly after about 5.5months of communication with customer service, all initiated by me. Rick was polite, pleasant and went out of his way to provide a good service experience. If the rest of long roofing were like Rick, their customer experience would be a lot better.
