One of my windows cracked, I initially thought a bird crashed into it. When the technician came out and looked at it, he explained to me that gas has escaped from the window pane causing the window to explode. He was very knowledgeable on the type of windows that I had. He taped up the window so that no additional damage would occur before my new window arrived and vacuumed up the small pieces of glass.
