We requested a quote for replacing our townhouse roof about a year ago and did not have a good experience. While the appointment was set up in a few days, the sales sales person spent over 2 hours with us which we were not expecting and did not want, only for him to give us a ridiculous quote $10,000 more than other quotes. We then received unwanted calls and voicemails to get us to replace the roof which we ended up not doing with this company.
We called to make an appointment and it was handled very professionally. I specifically asked if I could have Bill service our windows and doors because he was here before and we were impressed by not only his knowledge but also his personality.
