Bill from long roof and windows came to my house today to repair a sliding glass door that was binding at the base. He explained his repair procedures within minutes of analyzing the problem and told me even though he thought it might be a wheel assembly problem, he was prepared to replace the wheel assemblies right then and there. He was patient, kind, and explained everything in a professional manner. I highly recommend him.

Shower install looked great with one issue. Called to have installers come out and fix. After a no show and no call we called and rescheduled. Second appointment we.actually get a.call to cancel appointment. I called and rescheduled for today, and guess what? No call and no show. This is totally unacceptable!
