This company is a total nightmare. Do yourself a HUGE favor and do not go with this company. We made a very large mistake allowing this company into our home. We are now paying for it through complete lack of organization, incorrect documents being sent to the finance company, the finance company Aqua called us 4 times asking how our new roof was before we even had our roof scheduled to be installed. Bewildering policy that requires the spouse to be present at the time of an estimate. I tried to give you a shot at business, but this inflexibility is mind boggling. However, in the end I was probably saved from a bad experience.

Each time, the sales rep, Mike Lyons, made the process seamless, convenient and gave us a breadth of choices to make sure we stayed within our budget. We are so pleased with the service from Long Roofing back in October 2017. From the 1st visit from Michael Lyons and Jeff Carson we were informed about every aspect from the beginning of the project to the end. The workers were on time doing an absolute wonderful job including cleaning up at the end. Michael has done a wonderful job following up with use and we so appreciate all he and the company has done for us. Would recommend you guys to anyone needing a roof.
