I assumed that with all of the business signs and advertisements that the company was respected. We signed a contract in August 2018 and told that there was a 6-8 week waitlist at the time. Their work is sub-par, but their customer service is god awful. I had to call multiple times to get them to schedule work on my house. Almost every time I had to leave a voicemail because no one was around to answer the call. Their customer service is extremely rude...not polite in any fashion, talk to you like you are stupid and have hung up on me multiple times during transfers to other departments. I do not recommend using them.
I had a roof installed in June 2018, so my roof was only 6 months old at the time of this post. I discovered today after going into my attic by chance that roof has been leaking in two spots. I also noticed for the first time a part of the attic ceiling has multiple cracks and a hanging pieces that were not there before. Called to get a quote for a new roof, they wouldn't schedule an estimate appointment because my spouse was not available during the appointment time. The deed and mortgage are solely in my name. They advised 'it would be in my best interest' to have my spouse present during the quote but could not provide any legal sufficiency for the purpose in Virginia.
