Delivery truck drive onto lawn and sewer clean out 15 days ago, has not been repaired yet. New roof installed 10 days ago and I have a leak in my living room on my new sofa. Nobody to talk to on a Saturday morning.
F. Made an appointment for an estimate. Confirmed that appointment as instructed. Nobody ever showed up. Nobody ever called. Currently on hold going on 10 minutes with their "confirmation department". Fail.
I have been hesitant to leave a negative review with the intent of allowing Long Roof sufficient time to resolve errors that occurred prior, during & after installation. My family continues to have poor service two months after installation & patience is beyond spent. Our consultation was in May of this year.
