Unfortunately, my roof is still leaking. The roof is less than one year old. I've called multiple times to get it fixed. There have been many times I was promised a return call or a person to contact me regarding the roof repair that never happened. I have in writing a 50 year warranty; what good is it if no one honors it? I am at a lost as to what to do. I’m a Landscaping Contractor that works on projects with general contractors frequently. I’ve worked with roofers many times. As was promised, I expected the Long Roofing to tarp off my foundation plantings and more importantly, my HVAC condensers. THEY DIDNT! I got asphalt shingle debris in all of my planting beds and unfortunately both of my AC condensers. They sent rep to my house just for free estimate was not to happy when i ended up sighning up for them to do the job he assured me it was just to see if i could get a loan that it wouldn't show up on my credit report it did they are overcharging pricing way to high I would never reccomend them to anyone, on a fixed income.took advantage of senior lady all he cared about was to get my money and run. beware of this company

Pros: Communication, on-time for appointment, seemed knowledgeable of his product. Cons: PRICE...Quoted $37K and dropped to $27K before leaving with "initial visit" discounts. Got quotes from big box store and smaller roofing companies for the same job in the range of $13K - $18K! I got 4 quotes. I only got quotes from licensed and bonded companies.

Made appointment, they called to confirm. On Sunday asking if I wanted to make an appointment, I told them that I had an appointment on Monday, she said that my appointment was canceled Friday. Basically she told me to call someone else. What kind of business are they running?
