Nice looking roof but pricey. New roof under 1 yr old. Lost 2 shingles due to heavy winds in March-April. Repair person was a "no show" for a Saturday appointment between 8a-5p. No one called to say they were not coming or to follow up to reschedule. Had to call company Monday morning and was rescheduled for another Saturday (8a-5p). A 9 hr time frame is excessive and unprofessional. Company doesn't have own workers but contracts out their roofing jobs. Really want to give a 3.5 rating.

Called for an estimate, and the first thing out of their mouth was are you covered by insurance? Very unprofessional service! Needless to say I will not be using them!

Do not even bother calling this company. When I called to schedule an appointment they said it would take about 20 to 30 minutes for an estimate and someone would call back to confirm my appointment in a half hour. When this employee called they said it would take an hour not a big deal but inconsistent. When the worker got here he was pleasant and said he would go do measurements. Very pleased working with Long Roofing on our new roof. It looks great and they were easy and friendly to work with. On the expensive side for sure, but the end result is very professional and really adds to the look of the house. Great warranty.
