They came to do our roof on 1/13/17, on 1/28/17 this new roof already have couple pieces of shingles missing, with only mild wind. The quality of installation is horrible, no where near what the sales have described, i don't know how they passed CertainTeed's 5 star test. The sales have promised that even if one piece of the shingle missing, they will redo the entire roof, no patch work will be done. A waste of valuable time dealing with them. Seemingly good products but seems to be a Bait and Switch company with no application to truth when it comes applying advertised discounts and no concern about missing appointments.

When they think they are getting a project from you, they charge twice the amount for, they are eager to please. Gave a deposit in the form of a check, needless to say my check was deposited the next day. I waited (6)full days to get a reply for the replacement of my roof, I ended up calling them! Due to my income, my account didn't get approved. Now the kicker to this is the salesman spend 2.5 hours in my home and didn't have the nerve to communicate the information to me! Terrible. My wife works full time and has asked me to take care of the roof. I called long roof and the lady refused to even give me a quote unless my wife was there. Totally unsat. I am discriminated against. I will contact a lawyer!

Had Long come out to measure for windows. Price was high, but I took the plunge. Salesperson promised he wouldnt cash the deposit check for 4 days. He turned it in to be cashed relortedly 'by accident' the next morning, and forgot to tell me. Until I contacted me to change my order-- to a more expensive window. Because he did that, I canceled my order until i could get it atraightened out. Whe. I contacted the main office, they told me I could not get my money back for 10 biz days. They eneded ... Read more
