Worst customer service ever. Took almost 4 weeks to get an answer. First was told that we were approved for financing and then a week later when I called to find out when we could get our roof installed they said we were not approved. Will never recommend this company!!!!
Horrible horrible service. Stephanie Long called me and I said I need a new roof she asked if it was for my primary or secondary home. I said why did it matter. I own them both. She said we don't do 2nd homes. She was very rude and unprofessional and falsely advertised her business. Horrible
Horrible, bias, disgusting, dispicable, obnoxious, outrageous, ignorant, distasteful, discriminatory Business practices against anyone Single or Married. Long Fence REFUSED to provide me with a Free Estimate unless my Husband was present. I informed Long Fence that their business practices were bias, dispicable, inexcusable and an invasion of privacy. I don't need my Husband or anyone else to make a decision. Long Fence is a FRAUD and does not honor Free Estimates.
I called Long to get an estimate on replacing 4 windows in my home. Previously I used Long to furnish & install ~ 8K of Vinyl privacy fence. I had absolutely no issues with the fence job, and it still looks beautiful today. My intent is not to disparage the company or their products, nor their employees (who did excellent work).
