Update: We now have a beautiful tub and a mostly lovely shower. This might be enough for 4 stars if we hadn’t paid $30k to have it done right. Unfortunately the shower head is loose in the wall because the panel wasn’t cut correctly. And I completely understand that mistakes happen, but it’s been over a month now and no one from the company has reached out to explain when or how it will be fixed despite my calling every week for 3 weeks in a row.
