I cannot say enough good things about this company. I live in a Condo and they had already installed two bath to walk in showers on the first floor. I am on the third floor. So my biggest concern was leaks and I and I said that to the sales team. The sales team was fantastic. I did not sign immediately that day, and they were OK with that. I am so pleased at the way Long Home turned our experience around. I had a fence installed in June 2023. I was so pleased that I decided to use them again when my home needed a roof. I had the roof installed in October 2024. The roof leaked in December 2024 (two months after installation). However, I must say I am overjoyed with the repair that was made in record time! THIS WAS A PROBLEM-FREE INSTALL AND FINALIZED IN TWO HOURS APPEARING 20 MINUTES EARLY BUT NOT PRESSING ME TO HURRY TO PREPARE FOR THEM, A GOOD SOLID CREW IF TWO EFFWECTIVE, EFFICIENT GUYS WITH THE COMPLET INSTALL IN 2 HOURS, CLESNED AND MANAGED OF MY STUFF AND THEIRS, I AM REALLY IMPRESSED.
