The work was done well. However we were told the workers would be on harnesses but they were not. This company also told us we could pay out our initial loan in full instead of financing it with no issues. Then I pay the loan in full and the loan service tells me my account is 51 days overdue, turned out LongHome never told the loan company that we paid our loan out. It was next to impossible to get someone on the phone and to the right person.

I want to thank Frank for a nice experience. Very patient explaining and helping me choose what exactly I was looking for. Thank you Frank. Even though the sales experience was excellent the completion isn’t. It was supposed to be a 2 day job has now turned into a 2 week experience and still not completed. It was just a shower transformation.
