When I asked the sales manager during the survey for the new shower, will the installers be employees of Long Home, he said yes. Turns out all three installers were subcontractors. Fortunately, with hardly any English spoken, we did communicate somewhat. Turned out that they did a good job being here in the house for about 8.5 hours. Everyone I dealt with to install a bath to shower was very courteous and on time when they said they were coming. My husband is very hard of hearing, and they all were very understanding when they were trying to explain something to him. He was very pleased with the demolition and the installation of the new shower. I was extremely pleased with how clean they left the area when they finished
