These guys are a complete rip off. After making me sit through a long and drawn out sales pitch, they quoted me 58k to replace my roof. This is more than 3x more than the second highest quote that I received. Then the salesperson got on the phone with his regional sales guy to get me a better deal and then offers me 38k as their best offer, which is still 2x more than my second highest quote.
Long Home is worse than a use car dealership. I do not recommend them.
Long Home’s pricing was considerably lower than similar contractors, their installation crew was competent, professional and even took the time to make sure everything was covered and protected from damage. The PM Kate was attentive and available. She answered our questions and addressed our concerns promptly. On her visit to review her crews installation she even thought to remove her shoes.
