Lack of communication. Start times were off by 4 hours. Getting the permit was ridiculous. They have a person who does permits and he called me several times! Last they were suppose to repair my bathroom fan but no one ever came in to speak with me.workmanship was great . Shower looks awesome. Very expensive .
