I like the windows but you haven’t responded to the problems when I reported it. The space between the brown on the right side and white on the left, bookends the open space that was never taken care of.

Run away as fast as you can. I signed a contract and left a deposit over 6 months ago and they still haven't given me a start date. Both the sales representatives I dealt with have left the company. They've been giving me the runaround ever since. I submitted a formal notice of cancellation via certified mail over two weeks ago and I'm praying it doesn't take another 6 months to get my deposit back.
