The sales rep Trae really took his time to explain the materials used for roofing, the installation process, as well as the Long Products history. He was very knowledgeable about everything roofing.
Took exceptional long time and had to be consistent. Was not thourghly explained about buildout outside was my responsibility to get another contractor to finish the outside wall and top part of the ceiling finish and paint.
