Ernie and Michelle were great representatives of the company, they were very clear of pricing and what I'd expect, extremely polite, and provided me with all pertinent information regarding the process Edit: just had windows installed, super quick, polite, cleaned everything up, I will update if they hold up to Massachusetts weather. Otherwise, this company is worth your money, and their effort is always amazing.
