I had a significantly poor experience with my bathroom project. My project was scheduled to begin on a Tuesday with projected completion within the promised 3 to 5 days. There were innumerable instances of poor communication, lack of follow through and mismanagement. My numerous phone calls to reach the project manager, went unanswered until late Friday afternoon when I contacted the sales representative. Our roofing materials were delivered on Friday, January 24 just as it was planned. The crew showed up before 8 am on Monday the 29th and they were all done and picked up before dark. The dumpster was picked up on Wednesday. Everything went just as we were told it would be and we are very happy with our whole experience. I would recommend them.
