Long Hone products setup estimate for following evening at 6pm. Said they would come out take measurements, show us shower options and colors. I called a tenant going to move in and a couple others to meet me there for input on decision. Got a call 3:30 pm. They are not coming and want to do estimates over phone. Right now not happy this tub replacement has been going on since July !3th, when i got my quote .today is Oct !5th i still havent got a final inspection.
I am out three months rent and counting .Unacceptable !

Aaron our Salesman was great! Made all my choices happen exactly as I wanted them done. I have used this company for 3 projects now. We have done our Roof, Fence and now Siding with them. The workers always pay attention to detail and thus far I have ZERO problems.
