Called Long Home Products to remodel our bathrooms. An appointment was set up for one of their agents to come in and give us an estimate. He was unreasonably late. When we called to inquire, the dispatcher at their 240 number said that the gentleman has fallen ill. We wondered why someone didn't call us to let us know that. They just finished putting a new roof and gutters on our house. The crew was excellent, professional and you would have never known that they replaced the roof because they were very thorough on cleaning up any debris as they were working. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement.
