Nick the salesperson was very thorough in explaining the window system. Also he worked very hard to get me on a budget plan that will work for me as I'm on disability income only. The only draw back was that after learning that I also had installed windows in the past, he didn't cut his presentation down or skip over over the areas that I told him I knew about.
