This whole experience started out great, then quickly went downhill. The sales person was super friendly and filled us with confidence. He said it would take about 6 weeks before our windows were installed, which was fine. We didn't hear a word from the company for 2 weeks, then they reached out to us to get HOA approval (which we had to do for them after being told they would do it). That took about 2 more weeks.
