One of the reasons I chose this company was because of the reviews. I now know that the reason there are so many 5-star reviews it is because Long Home Baths vigorously tries to remedy any issues you had to improve the reviews. This is not a bad thing it is a good thing, except it is a disservice to those reading the reviews, to take the review down after experiencing so many issues.
