Professional and thorough sales presentation on bathtub conversion to walk-in shower by Matthew Smith. He is knowledgeable and explained the process and provided examples of the materials. I am a careful consumer so always request multiple quotes on any major home improvement project. We could have skipped the 'car salesman' tactic of calling his manager for a better price if we signed that day. Don't blame him for following sales training provided by sales management at Home Products.
