The salesman and installation process were pretty good. We waited months for the sliding glass door to come in. My problem now is that when you need them post install they ghost you. We have now called them twice with issues that they need to address and they keep telling us that someone will get back to us in 12 to 24 hours. That has never happened. We have a slider with moisture between the glass panes and no one will help us.
Chris was great at explaining the intricacies of windows & the benefits of installing good windows for the long term. Workers were precise with time & no mess left behind. Overall a great experience & would use them again.
The team from Long Home did a wonderful job on my new shower install. They were very respectful of my property and maintained a clean environment. Five stars!!!
