Follow up not good. First my shower pressure was bad and they put in a fixed shower head to resolve the pressure issue. Then, I realized that absent a hand shower I need a faucet to get water to bathe my dog. I have been trying to get them over to put in a faucet in the shower and I've called at least 10 times (if not more) and there has been no response. This lack of response when I have repeatedly said that I would be happy to pay the difference.
After a masterful presentation, we decided to give along Home our business. Mitch was our sales associate. He was extremely knowledgeable and even got in our crawl space attic to really get a good understanding of the issues we had. We had several quotes from other companies as well, we saw that Long Home was absolutely our best bang for our buck. Absolutely would recommend this company to anyone looking for a roofing project !
