Long Home arrived promptly and spend close to 2 hours, going over the products and a to do list in preparation for the roof replacement. He was thorough. The follow up calls were handled by multiple staff people. So I left Voicemails to the staff. They did called me and I’m awaiting for a future date.

The only improvement I may suggest is abbreviating explanations. My husband and I were on a time crunch and going out of state.
