Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. The lack of communication, disregard for customer instructions, rushed scheduling, unprofessional behavior, and failure to follow through on commitments have left me with serious concerns about the quality of service and customer care provided by Long Home. This is not the level of professionalism I expected, and I regret not choosing a smaller, more customer‑focused company.
